We can provide you with highly qualified staff for
both the acute and aged care setting. Flexibility is the key to
providing a quality service; our staff are interested in long or
short term contract to suit the facility's needs.
HMNS liaises closely
with both the client and the nurse, to ensure the right nurse with
the right skills for the job. Each contract is individually negotiated
to ensure that the terms and conditions of the contracts are mutually
agreed upon and clearly defined.

Cultural and geographic information
is also supplied to ensure that staff are aware of any requirements
within the area they are about to enter.
HMNS will continue to support
both the client and its staff. Our Client Liaison officer will maintain
communication with your facility to ensure staff are meeting the
required standard and to deal with any issues that may arise.
HMNS
will also through a staff counsellor and HMNS educator liaise with
our staff members to provide additional support as required.
