Health Management & Nursing Services (HMNS) support and is committed
to the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) as set out in the Privacy
Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. our privacy commitment is to
ensure that we comply with the NPPs that form the basis of laws
introduced to strengthen the privacy protection for the public in
general.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
HMNS receives and stores information provided to
us by employees or clients.
The information collected is not made available to any other parties
or entities other than information required by Government Departments,
Scottish Pacific or our Bank for Invoicing/Payroll information.
HMNS will use our best endeavours to maintain the confidentiality
of client and staff information until such time as it becomes public
knowledge but we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage,
costs or expenses that may be suffered by any person from any disclosure
of such confidential information.
All staff members have signed a confidentiality agreement stating
they will never use or disclose HMNS confidential information to
any other party.

SUMMARY
HMNS will only collect and store information about
the employee or client that is necessary.
The information you provide may be used to offer, provide, and improve
our services to you. It will be held in total confidence and will
not be disclosed to any other parties without your prior agreement.
Employees are also instructed at induction to adhere to matters
concerning client’s confidentiality while working at the client’s
facility
