Welcome to Health Management & Nursing Services

HMNS provides well trained, qualified nursing staff and care workers. Our nurses come from a variety of skill backgrounds and bring with them a wealth of experience and current clinical skills.

All Patient Care Workers (PCW's) must have the minimum of certificate three to be eligible for employment with us. Our staff members are rigorously screened, and our "in house" nurse educator provides continual training for all staff. We can also provide training for your staff and offer qualified assistance for the purpose of meeting accreditation and standards.

HMNS is an accredited ISO- 9001 2000 organisation who prides itself on the quality of service it provides.

HMNS Recruitment Policy

HMNS screens all prospective employees with an extensive and stringent interview process, relevant skill and aptitude testing and extensive reference checking. Once accepted into the HMNS team, all staff attend an in depth induction process that ensures they are prepared to join our professional mobile nursing service.
